Go Asia Guide is a free information guide to restaurants, bars, nightlife, hotels, events and deals in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. We do not sell food, drinks, rooms or tickets, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with a venue, hotel or booking site.
We work to keep listings accurate, but opening hours, prices, menus, dress codes, deals and events change often and some details come from public sources or automated tools. Always confirm important details with the venue before you go. Prices shown are indicative.
Deals and coupons are offered by the venues, not by us. They are subject to the venue's own conditions, availability and validity dates, and a venue may change or end an offer. We are not responsible if a venue does not honour a deal, but please tell us so we can follow up.
Hotel and booking links take you to third-party sites such as Agoda, Booking.com and Trip.com. Your booking is with them and their terms apply. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which places we list.
Many listings serve alcohol. Only drink if you are of legal drinking age where you are (for example 20 in Thailand), follow local laws and venue rules, and drink responsibly. Never drink and drive.
Please do not misuse the site: no illegal activity, spam, scraping or automated bulk access, attempts to break security, or sending false, offensive or infringing content through our forms. We may block access that harms the site or other users.
The site's text, design and our own photos belong to Go Asia Guide or are used with permission. Venue names, logos and photos credited to a venue belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages, but do not copy substantial parts of the site without permission. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Listings are free and editorial. Venue owners can ask us to correct, update or remove their information. Paid advertising is labelled as an ad.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we make no promises that it will be error-free, complete or always available.
To the extent allowed by law, Go Asia Guide is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your visit to a venue, your dealings with third parties, or reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded. If the translated versions differ from the English version, the English version applies.
